{"id":1603,"date":"2019-02-01T14:26:51","date_gmt":"2019-02-01T14:26:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cmlnetwork.ca\/alerte-medicale-de-lorganisation-mondiale-de-la-sante-iclusig-ponatinib\/"},"modified":"2022-07-26T20:28:28","modified_gmt":"2022-07-26T20:28:28","slug":"alerte-medicale-de-lorganisation-mondiale-de-la-sante-iclusig-ponatinib","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cmlnetwork.ca\/fr\/alerte-medicale-de-lorganisation-mondiale-de-la-sante-iclusig-ponatinib\/","title":{"rendered":"Alerte m\u00e9dicale de l&rsquo;Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 : Iclusig\/Ponatinib"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Si vous prenez Iclusig\/Ponatinib<\/strong>, l&rsquo;<strong> Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9<\/strong> a publi\u00e9 une alerte sur les produits m\u00e9dicaux avertissant que des versions contrefaites d&rsquo;Iclusig (Ponatinib) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9es en Turquie, en Argentine et en Suisse, et \u00e9galement vendues sur Internet.<\/p>\n<p>Ces versions ne contiennent pas de ponatinib, un m\u00e9dicament contre la LMC, mais seulement de faibles quantit\u00e9s de parac\u00e9tamol, ce qui n&rsquo;aura aucun effet sur le traitement de la LMC.<\/p>\n<p>Les emballages contrefaits portent les num\u00e9ros de lot <strong>PR072875 <\/strong>(comprim\u00e9s de 45 mg) et <strong>25A19E09<\/strong> (comprim\u00e9s de 15 mg).<\/p>\n<p>Aucun produit original portant ces num\u00e9ros de lot n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9 par les fabricants Incyte\/Takeda &#8211; les produits portant ces deux num\u00e9ros de lot sont donc certainement faux.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, le fabricant et les autorit\u00e9s n&rsquo;ont pas connaissance d&rsquo;autres contrefa\u00e7ons de ponatinib portant des num\u00e9ros de lot diff\u00e9rents. Par cons\u00e9quent, si vous prenez du ponatinib portant des num\u00e9ros de lot autres que ceux indiqu\u00e9s ci-dessus, il n&rsquo;y a pas lieu de s&rsquo;inqui\u00e9ter.  <strong>Paladin, qui distribue Iclusig au Canada, a \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Comme toujours, il est important de s&rsquo;assurer que vous obtenez vos m\u00e9dicaments contre la LMC aupr\u00e8s de sources fiables qui peuvent en garantir l&rsquo;authenticit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous tombez sur les num\u00e9ros de lot ci-dessus, contactez imm\u00e9diatement votre m\u00e9decin et informez-nous afin
